Payment options

There are a variety of ways to pay your tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees.  

If you are a graduate student and you wish to apply your on-campus earnings and/or scholarships against your tuition owing, see the graduate student finances page.

Important: It may take five business days for payment to post to your MyCampus account. It’s important that your fees are paid at least five days before your scheduled laptop distribution session.

There are a variety of ways to pay your tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees.  

Accepted methods of payment include:

  • Bank payment: Internet, telephone or at your bank (preferred method)
  • Debit: You will probably need to call the 1-800 number on the back of your bank card to have them increase your daily limit
  • Money order, certified cheque or bank draft
  • HigherEdPoints
  • PayMyTuition (international payment)
  • Flywire (international payment)

You may be using another source of funding which will enable you to defer making your payent, these include:

  • Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)
  • Scholarships and bursaries
  • Sponsorships and third party invoices

Ontario Tech University does not accept payment of tuition fees, compulsory ancillary fees and program-associated fees by:

  • Cash
  • Credit card
  • Non-certified/personal cheque

If you wish to use any of these methods, contact your financial institution and make an Internet or telephone banking payment through them.

Any residence or mandatory meal plan payments must be made through Campus Living Centres. Log in to My Housing Portal for more information or to submit payment.
Miscellaneous service fees can be paid through the accepted methods of payment, as well as by credit card. If you wish to use a credit card, payment can be made in person at the Office of the Registrar or by faxing in the Credit Card Payment for Miscellaneous Service Fees form to 905.721.3184.
